something I typed just now worth saving

I am a student at Washington State University and I am currently enrolled in the Digital Technology and Culture Degree program.  I find that this Digital Technology degree allows me to express my true artistic personalty through inventive designs on websites, advertising posters, and document design.  
I also express my artistic imagination through painting.  I love painting beautiful landscapes, portraits, still lifes, and even abstract art. Some of my works have even been displayed in local business during seasonal events.   
Another hobby I enjoy is photography.  I love photographing all sorts of aspects of life.  Many of my photo's have been featured on web pages across the internet.  I've also been awarded second place in   the photography exhibit during Columbia Basins College Student Art Show.
I enjoy staying busy with outside activities such as hiking, bike riding, camping, kayaking and even the occasional Fun Run for local charity events.
I am a very competitive person and always strive to be the best.  I hope to one day have a career in a job I love and hopefully I will find that in a career of graphic design.
